Having a good mind/body connection can help us identify problems and navigate into a more secure space.

The body never lies to you.
Your body is here to serve you, protect you, and love you completely.
This is why it’s so very important to cultivate an awareness of your body, feel your feelings deeply, never denying them, understand what’s happening for you, and allow yourself time to know.

So here’s a practice for you:
The instant you feel something, anything, pause, notice where you’re feeling it in your body, be curious and ask, “what’s happening for me right now?” acknowledge the feeling, and listen to your body. Allow your body to protect you.

Every night before going to sleep say this message of gratitude, “Thank you body for being a trustworthy vehicle so that I can live my life fully. I appreciate you.”

I believe these specific fears are the reason why many of us become people-pleasers. If you're a people-pleaser as well, this may help.
