What if the voice in your head isn’t really who you are?

In this talk, Stop Carrying the Weight of the World, I explore timeless wisdom from Buddhism, Hinduism, and non-dual teachings to show how much lighter life can feel when we stop identifying with the stories of the ego.

Drawing on ideas like sunyata (emptiness), maya (illusion), and lila (the divine play), I reveal how recognizing the mind as a story allows us to let go of unnecessary suffering.

When we see the world’s dramas, wars, politics, even personal challenges, as part of life’s unfolding play, we can meet them with calm, stillness, and even humor.

You’ll learn a practical mindset shift I use daily:
“Sometimes that happens.” This simple phrase reminds us that life is unpredictable, but our inner peace doesn’t have to be disturbed.

By cultivating presence, noticing the space between thoughts, and embracing the truth that happiness arises in the present moment, we stop carrying the world’s burdens on our shoulders. Instead, we find lightness, joy, and balance.
