Hey there! I'm Krista Feliz, the Founder of FELIZ 3, and I'm thrilled you're here.

As a highly ambitious woman in business, I built my career by setting audacious, unheard of, thought to be unachievable goals - and surpassing them - year over year. I realized quickly I had a unique approach to obtaining goals, and curated a proprietary method that I taught to my teams, implemented in my businesses, and helped develop 200+ clients. If my method was used, success followed. Then, in 2019, a physical injury changed the trajectory of my life. I could no longer ignore how I was treating my body in my 1,000 mile per hour business world. The new ambitious goal: could I ever be mobile and healthy in my body the way I was before this injury and still have my career? In my 5 year journey to optimal health, I became a Certified Pilates Instructor and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My newest business, FELIZ 3, was born, and I started helping people one on one in achieving their ambitious (sometimes seemingly impossible) health goals, using my business world methodologies in a health and wellness modality. 👉Do you fall into the trap of thinking health is all about working out and what you eat?

If you said YES, you’re not alone!

90% of the health industry targeting you through aggressive marketing is saying just that, with an addition of “quick fixes” that will transform you in 30-90 days.

😱Unfortunately, just focusing on working out could be leading you down a path of fatigue, burnout, and even weight gain. Sometimes, working out can be taking you further from your health goals and making you even more tired and stressed than you already are.

So everyone KNOWS to drink water, and plenty of it, but we seem to struggle to actually drink enough of it daily. WHY?!?

☕️Maybe you’ve replaced it with coffee, tea, soda, juice etc.

💧perhaps you struggle to even know how much is the right amount, so it’s a moving target every day

😣The intention is there, but you don’t set yourself up for success easily

And all of this leads to having less energy, feeling exhausted, and overall not supporting our bodies the way we need to.

🎉SOLUTIONS🎉

🌅 Start your day with water- drink a small glass, have hot water with lemon, drink a bottle on the commute to work. However you do it, kick the day off right:)

🧊You replaced water with another beverage, replace that beverage with water!
-instead of that second cup of coffee, have water
-instead of juice, add fruits and veggies to flavor your water
-need the soda for the afternoon pick me up: grab a sparkling water
Crowd out the things that have replaced water for you, in 3 days you’ll notice a difference:)

❓Know how much you should be drinking: half your body weight in ounces of water. This gives you a 🎯 and intention, a double dose for success.

💪MAKE IT EASY TO SUCCEED:
1. Have a favorite mug or bottle on the kitchen counter in the morning to cue you to drink water before you go for caffeine
2. Splurge- buy the oversized water bottle at 50oz that makes you excited to drink water and get a general idea of how much you’ve had so far that day (or whatever your idea of splurging is here)
3. Always have water in reaching distance of whatever you are doing
4. Turn your other drinks into treats, not necessities (I make an exception for coffee and tea here, as long as I’m on track for water intake, I will always enjoy some tea in the afternoon and coffee in the morning)
5. Set the goal of drinking half your weight in water daily for 21 days. After your body gets used to the right amount (bathroom breaks will become less frequent), you’ll feel a huge difference.

🌻21 days helps you with mind body connection. When it comes to water, you’ll feel a difference in a week. After 21 days you’ll easily be able to identify when your body is lacking water, and you have the easy remedy, drink more😊

Never stop playing! A fast way to burnout is always working towards the next “fun thing” or big goal, then when you get to it, you’re already planning the next big goal, causing burnout. We can have fun along the way and avoid burnout. Let the inner 5 year old out:) there are so many ways to get to optimal health that have nothing to do with exercise and eating habits.

What I learned in my corporate career and as a business owner: stress can take over! These two breathing practices have been a game changer:
🌻5-5-5:
-Breathe in for 5 seconds
-Hold for 5 seconds
-Exhale for 5 seconds
Use this anytime throughout your day to relax your body, get out of fight of flight, and gain some clarity. It’s less than 30 seconds and can be used in any setting (like that big meeting you have)😊
☀️4-7-8🌙
-Breathe in for 4 seconds
-Hold for 7 seconds
-Exhale for 8 seconds
-Repeat 3 more times
Best done first thing when you wake up and right before bed in a relaxed position with your eyes closed🙈

Trip to hike Kilimanjaro with is confirmed! This trip inspired me to launch FELIZ 3. Five years ago I spent 4 months working with 6 specialists fighting for my health. I had a misdiagnosed - that turned into undiagnosed - stomach injury that prevented me from eating food, playing sports and living a normal life. My last gastroenterologist told me it was all in my head and to take pain meds to eat food. He said he couldn’t find anything and didn’t want to keep running expensive tests that wouldn’t find anything, I was “the picture of health”. This kickstarted my 5 year journey to optimal health, becoming an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Pilates instructor. Four months ago I was cleared for HIIT training, running, and full freedom of movement. Which meant- I could fulfill a lifelong dream of climbing this mountain!!!
