From July 16–19 in Ocala, Florida, we will come together in a safe and supportive space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. Through mindful movement, grounding practices, and stillness, you’ll be invited to return to yourself—gently, honestly, and without pressure to be anything other than present.
