My word for the year is CONNECTION.

For a long time, connection looked like doing for me.
Staying busy. Accomplishing. Creating. Producing.
Almost as if I needed to be in motion to feel validated… to feel enough.

But what I’ve been uncovering is that what I was really seeking was connection to something bigger than myself.

Connection to me my body, my truth, my nervous system.
Connection to community being seen, witnessed, and held without having to perform.
Connection through co-creating with like-minded souls, where energy flows instead of effort.
Connection through sharing space, laughter, presence, and the quiet joy of being human together.

This weekend reminded me of that in the most beautiful way.
So much gratitude for the gatherings, the conversations, the healing, the laughter, and the moments in between. 🤍

If this year is about anything for me, it’s about choosing connection over proving, presence over pressure, and joy over urgency.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared space, and helped make these moments what they were.
This is why I do this.
