Our family is dedicated to referring caregivers who will be a caring partner for your family. When I was a little girl my mother Sue provided home care services to elders in our community. I still remember Frannie, one of my mother’s favorite clients, who I would sometimes share rocky road ice cream with while mom took care of chores around her house.
One day my mom saw Jean Griswold on the Today show. She spoke about a different way of referring caregivers to seniors, emphasizing the value of referring quality caregivers at an affordable price.
I feel as though I’ve always been a part of this company – stuffing brochures as a child, answering phones as a teen and even working as a companion in college. After graduating from the University of South Florida in 2005, I returned to work with my mom. After a few years as a member of the office staff, I became the owner of the St. Petersburg and Pinellas County territories when my mother was ready to retire. She then cared for my grandmother whose health had declined. My Grandma was pleased to spend her last years at home with the help of her dedicated caregivers and our family.
Each side of the care circle brings something unique to the table. My office respects every client and potential client. It remains an honor, for me, to refer caregivers as my family has done for so many years.
Jen Boesger, Assistant Administrator:
I am a mother of two and enjoy spending my free time with my family. I originally was introduced to Griswold Home Care as a CNA on our registry. I provided care for our clients until February 2016 when I joined the office as a Care Coordinator. Since then I have dedicated myself to making sure our clients have the care they need from the caregivers they love. I have always felt the need to help others and take joy in making great matches between our caregivers and clients.
Renee Garg, Director of Caregiver Recruitment:
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 1995. I find many areas of Social Work to be rewarding & have worked in the healthcare field, here in Pinellas County, for 20 years & counting. I am committed to improving the quality of life for the elderly, disabled & otherwise challenged citizens who greatly enrich our community. I am passionate about using my skills & experience to help create a mutually fulfilling match between the caregiver & the person in need. I love to meet dedicated caregivers and learn about all of the unique experience they bring to our team. I strive to help our caregivers feel as though they are part of our family and can come to me at any time should they need anything at all. I am married with 3 beautiful children and enjoy the challenge of being a working mother. It is my honor to be part of the amazing team of women who own & operate Griswold Home Care of Pinellas!

After 4 years of being a Stay at Home mom to my two beautiful girls, I was inspired by the care that my Nana received from caregivers referred through Griswold Home Care and decided to devote my efforts working for a company that I truly believe in. It’s very rewarding to match our clients and caregivers based on care needs and experience to make long lasting relationships.
Cathy Saylor:
I’m the newest member of the GHC Pinellas team. Though I’ve known the office for years, I recently retired from 30 years of work in healthcare community relations. Griswold Home Care helped my mother-in-law when she needed support, referring caring and quality caregivers when we needed them most. Having worked in the community for so long I knew I had many choices, but Meg, Sue and the staff at Griswold had impressed me with their ethics and compassion. By the time I retired, my mother-in-law was no longer receiving senior care services. When I was offered a chance to work with a company I believe in, my daughter Lisa Keith and I accepted roles to help educate the community about Griswold Home Care and our mission of caring.
