A New Kind of Sunday Ritual ✨

Sundays are sacred. At Nordic Spa Klub, we’re inviting you to reclaim them—with a new ritual designed to reset your body and mind before the week begins.

Welcome to Yoga & Chill and Sound Bath & Hygge.
Each Sunday evening, we’ll alternate between these deeply restorative practices—quiet, grounding moments made for you and your nervous system.

✨ Join us from 5:30–6:30 PM for:
• Yoga & Chill or
• Sound Bath & Hygge — $20

🌿 Stay for the Full Ritual—including hot, cold, and red-light therapy until 7:30 PM — $45

Yoga & Chill: 9/7 & 9/21
Sound Bath & Hygge: 9/14 & 9/28

Ease into your week with curated Sunday evenings from 5:30–7:30 PM — alternating between Yoga & Chill and Sound Bath & Hygge.

A slow reset. A space to reconnect.
Begin with movement or sound, then drop into the Nordic way — hot, cold, rest, repeat.

$20 for Yoga or Sound Bath
$45 for the full ritual
