Surgery IS NOT always the answer.. Releasing adhesions & resetting the nervous system will often relieve the “symptom” without surgery.. I tell people all the time, give me a chance.. Unless the joint is drastically unstable, we can usually avoid surgery.. Instability is often, also, because of the brain triggering muscle not to fire because of adhesions in tendon & ligament..
a great example is a runner whose “glutes aren’t firing”

Many of you may have had the privilege to know my sweet friend Pat Pax jennings. He moved to St pete After living the fast paced life in Manhattan & opened the Art Supply Store on Central. He was the primary provider of spray paint for the SHINE St. Petersburg Mural Festival! About 10 years ago I talked him into cycling & he was off & running.. he never does anything half assed & soon became a cycling coach Aeropro Coaching and Performance Services His calling then took him out of cities to a quieter more focused life where he would work at Omega Institute during the summers & then Winter in Bandera Tx.
Pat was diagnosed with esophogeal cancer in 2022 & many of you came to our house while he was recovering from surgery after his first round with it. He passed away this week after his esophogeal cancer returned the beginning of the year.. I was blessed to be friends with him for 15years & watched his evolution through this human space.. We met last week with founders and bros Ryan and Keith Jordan. The BE has been involved with the event since the beginning because WE LOVE THIS RACE. It's all about local community, giving back, and bringing health and wellness to the people with these guys. St Pete Run Fest is in November, but did you know they also put on Four on the Fourth at@stpetepier?
