CoolSculpting is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment that reduces stubborn body fat using controlled cooling. The medical term for the process is Cryolipolysis. It’s commonly used for areas where fat doesn’t respond well to diet and exercise.

How It Works in the Body 🧊

1. Fat cells are cooled to very low temperatures.
A device pulls a small area of fat between cooling panels.

2. Fat cells freeze and become damaged. Fat cells are more sensitive to cold than skin, muscle, and nerves.

3. Your body removes the damaged fat cells. Over several weeks to months, the immune system gradually breaks down and clears them through the lymphatic system.

4. The treated area becomes slimmer. Once those fat cells are gone, they don’t grow back, though remaining fat cells can still expand if weight increases.
