Those who have worked with me understand how important the Fire Elementals are to me. While all Elementals are close to my heart, Fire has done more than their fair share of work and relationship building with me.

It’s at the sacred flame where I most often transform, from elf ears, to now an ancient man (usually Hollie transforms into the ancient one. But this trip she got to stay in her maiden! So fun to dance together).

I have never captured the Violet Flame before either (nor have I purposely called for it) - but its purification and magic properties are well known. It was needed this evening, I’m sure. The color was not visible to the eye but was present in every picture on multiple devices, for quite a period of time.

Fire is NOT about releasing. It’s a ceremony of trust. It’s a dance with Spirit.

As our retreat comes to an ends, I celebrate the in-between, the elemental play, the reversals and activations, and the embodiment where all comes together, like the place where the water meets the earth.

🌙 Beauty in the Dark ✨

Some of my most impactful spiritual experiences have started off with something going ‘bump in the night.’

I struggle with spiritual practitioners who classify these energies as evil, demonic, or unwanted.

I have spoken to many entities who prefer a state of domination, fear, anger, sadness, or grief. All of these emotions seem pretty *human* to me.

There are incredible lessons when we sit with these emotions. If they didn’t have a purpose, would they even exist?

I am not immune to fear (and definitely still startle easily), but I’ve found it an honor, not a burden, to meet all vibrations with purpose, understanding, and love—not for what they could be or for what they teach us, but for what they simply are.

Humans have a propensity to thrive in varying states of darkness. From it can come rest, growth, creativity, depth, understanding, support, and rebirth.

I was reminded of this when I saw these amazing moon flowers bursting open on the corner of my street. They know they need darkness to survive. I wonder if they understand why, or if the other floral species look down on them for dancing so wildly at night?
