Partner Ayur-Thai Yoga is back April 30! $50 per pair.

Join us in this sweet class to engage, learn, and share the art of Barry's Ayur-Thai Assisted Stretching with a love, family member, or a friend. We will exchange with our partner in a nice sequence of Thai yoga stretching. You will be stretched, twisted, rocked, compressed, into loving kindness using hands, feet, and good intention!
