We believe that by understanding the mind we can achieve wholeness: mind, body and soul. Through meditation, visualization, journeying, artistic expression, and working with non-ordinary states of consciousness, our psyche has access to rich and abundant resources perfectly designed to help us stay in balance and find peace within our circumstances. Soulful expression is the underlying key to re-patterning the view of ourselves that has come from past trauma, suppression or abuse, limiting our true potential. Through personal practices, healing sessions and self-discovery in retreat settings, Shinai A.
