I love being in this pose… I strive every time to make it a better pose for my body to inhabit. (The struggle is real…) I learn so much every time I attempt it. It’s a pose to be approached with a light touch, but employs maximum effort every time you enter and exit with control. I’m not quite that human being, yet, it’s a new skill for me to embrace, the gentler touch. Always a new frontier.
