The National Leadership Conference (NLC) is where young leaders from all across the country come together for eight transformative days of growth, connection, and purpose. Held at Miniwanca in beautiful West Michigan, this experience empowers teens from diverse backgrounds to develop the leadership skills, self-awareness, and confidence they need to make an impact in their communities and beyond.
Through engaging activities, thoughtful discussions, and a four-year data-driven curriculum, participants explore what it means to lead with integrity, act according to their values, and embrace equity and inclusion in all they do. The NLC celebrates each student’s authentic self — encouraging them to set meaningful goals, learn from others, and strive to be their best in every space they enter.
