5 year anniversary to when we first opened our doors offering you fabulous therapeutic massage services! I think back to where it all began and just how far we’ve came ✨

Salt and Sage Healing as you know it today started as a dream back when we lived in KY. I had been practicing massage, teaching massage and training other massage therapists for over a decade. It was time for a move so after a lot of thought we chose St Petersburg to be our new home. We didn’t have a job, family or friends here. We didn’t even have a place to live.

About 9 months of getting my footing of the area I opened Salt and Sage Healing ✨ I started small, just me. We didn’t even have lobby furniture. Slowly we grew and grew and grew. In 2025 we added a fourth therapy room to accommodate all of our clients and in 2026 we finally decided to add skincare services!

None of this would have been possible without you. Your continued love and support is what keeps us going every day. We are eternally grateful for you!! Thank you ✨
