Great spot on my pal Gary King, a.k.a. “Mr. Happiness.” I can’t wait to see the documentary. Gary was a featured speaker and vendor at the St Pete Yoga Fest on December 8th , 2024 in the beautiful Sunken Gardens.

New Year’s Day Awaken² Yoga at Sunken Gardens 🌿

What a beautiful way to welcome 2026—gathered in community, practicing yoga in front of the waterfalls at Sunken Gardens. There was a shared sense of presence, peace, and intention as we began the year together.

I am deeply proud of my students who continue to choose awareness and inner growth. Yoga, chanting, and meditation gently support self-reflection and meaningful change. As my teacher Amma reminds us, while time moves forward, transformation requires conscious action—what we do today shapes the tomorrow we will live.

With the harmonium guiding us into meditation and prayers for world peace, we moved through an inspired Hatha Yoga practice and settled into Savasana with a crystal and Himalayan bowl sound bath. We closed with the bhajan “Amma Amma Taye,” allowing our hearts to unite beyond time and form.

So much gratitude for this community and this sacred beginning. 💛
