Lip filler dissolve and refill by Amy ✨

Swipe 👉🏽 to see the progression. This is a slow process that requires patience, but so worth it in the end. If you have old filler that isn’t looking quite right or are exhibiting signs of filler migration, dissolving and starting over is going to produce the best results.

Let’s cover a question that Amy’s been asked a few times recently. Does everyone need to dissolve their filler before adding more? No. If proper injection technique and protocol are applied from the beginning, there should be no need to dissolve.

You also have to be very gradual about adding multiple syringes and stopping once you’ve reached your limit. There is only so much volume your lips can handle. Listen to your injector when they tell you no.
