Laser therapy has so many wonderful uses, it’s hard to hit them all with one post.

The best thing about laser therapy, is that it is painless and therefore suitable for all ages.

Moxibustion is my favorite modality to use with acupuncture! I fell in love with this modality when I first started working in Colorado.

Some of my favorite things to treat with moxibustion:

Gua sha may be something you’ve seen trending in beauty and skin care routines, but did you know it was a modality rooted in Chinese medicine?

Gua sha is also great for muscular aches and pains, breaking up adhesions or scar tissue, and promoting lymphatic movement.

If you’ve been to physical therapy, you may have experienced an adaptation of Gua Sha. Physical therapists call it Graston technique in their practice and use metal tools to perform this therapy.
