As a person-centered, solution-focused, and existential counselor, my goal is to assist you in becoming empowered on your journey towards improved well-being and personal growth. Long-standing behavioral concerns, maladaptive patterns, and negative perceptions are addressed through a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. In recognizing the uniqueness of your needs, I offer a variety of counseling approaches including EMDR for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused, and other approaches. All services are offered in a supportive, empowering, accepting, and non-judgmental atmosphere in order to work collaboratively in embracing the strengths, strategies, and tools you already possess for overcoming any of life's challenging situations. I received confirmation of my latest publication. The publisher contacted me to update a previous journal publication for relevance today. With the continued passage of conscience clause legislation potentially limiting access to mental health services by members of the LGBTQ+ community in the United States, research shows hope that professional organizations & a significant number of licensed counselors oppose these laws in favor of ethical compliance in practice, social Justice, advocacy, & multiculturalism.

Yes, it will most likely be banned in Florida. LoI
