More energy. Better focus. Stronger bodies well into midlife.

That isn’t genetics winning the lottery.
It’s alignment.

When your thyroid output is sluggish, hormone signaling is off, or insulin resistance is baked into your genetics, fat loss eventually stalls. That is not a failure on your part. It is a gap in the approach you were given.
