Meet Your Goddess Retreat Instructors ✨

We are beyond excited to announce that, 5 years later, Ploeger of Yoga & Body is coming back to teach at the Goddess Retreat at Villas by the Sea Resort & Conference Center Jekyll Island, GA - just like she did the very first time we decided to gather and dance on the beautiful Jekyll Island.
After leading wellness classes for two and a half decades, Patricia Ploeger, B.S.Ed., E-RYT 500, and LMT, opened OMCORE yoga + body in 2012 as a premier mind body fusion fitness studio and yoga school.

For the past 38 years, Patricia has studied and taught various modalities throughout the world and is a leader in the yoga and fitness industry, training dozens of instructors in the Golden Isles area alone. With advanced yoga teacher training in India and a degree and experience in education, she has a true love for teaching both yoga and fitness. Her greatest passion is uplifting people through guided movement, meditation, and breathwork in a light-hearted, playful, and accessible way, so that everyone may feel health, joy, peace, and presence each and every day.

Sending out so much thanks to all showed up for FMBY this evening. ✨🌝💫 It was beautiful out and, though the moon was a little shy at first, she {perfectly} peeked through the clouds right at the end of our practice. 💖

IT’S ALMOST TIME! 🤩

Our first Full Moon Beach Yoga session of the year is THIS Wednesday, April 1st, at 7pm at King & Prince beach.

Please note new location >>>

Park at Neptune Road public lot at the King & Prince hotel (Public Beach Access #22) and walk to the beach (past the pool) to enjoy the sand in your toes, the nice breeze, and the ocean waves for this special outdoor yoga session!

Full Moon Beach Yoga is a donation-based class and appropriate for all levels of practitioners. Just bring a towel and, perhaps, a friend and SHOW UP!

Mike grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and moved to St. Simons Island in 2023 with his wife, an island native. While he holds an MBA, and a CFA, and has career experience in engineering and finance, he’s recently rediscovered his passion for yoga in his free time.

While relatively new to teaching, Mike has a decade of yoga experience both throughout the US and abroad, and holds a teaching certification from Yoga Alliance.

When he is not working or practicing yoga, Mike competes in sand volleyball, cheers on the Badgers, and travels the Southeast with his equestrian enthusiast wife.

Meet our new Hot Mat instructor, Mia!🌟

Trained in all things Pilates, she is finally on the OC schedule starting Wednesday and we could NOT be more excited about it. 🤩

All the usual suspects will be there - hand weights, mini balls, and resistance bands - plus a little post class surprise!
