For a minute, I thought we’d be rained out but the sun came out, the breeze was perfect, and we saw the full moon peek through the clouds exactly as we sat up from savasana. It was lovely and a perfect “reset.” ✨🌝💫

More Full Moon Beach Yoga pics over the years (we have so many!) 🤩

Join us tonight, Sunday, 9/7. ✨🌝💫

As always, this will be a multi-level, donation-based practice for everyBODY to enjoy.

No yoga mat or experience necessary. Just bring a beach towel or blanket and invite your friends.

Although we can’t see it in our hemisphere, the whole world is experiencing a lunar eclipse tonight. Because of this, I expect a full, beautiful, pink/red/orange spectacle of a moon to shine on us this evening!

Practice will begin at 7:00pm with sunset at 7:40pm and moonrise close to 7:45pm.

We’ll meet at Coast Guard Beach and start at 7pm. Sunset is close to 7:40 and moonrise is close to 7:50 so it should be magical! 💫

This is a gentle, donation-based practice for all (donations may be offered in cash on site or via Venmo : ).
