Sometimes the bravest and most meaningful way to care for ourselves is to slow down long enough to fully acknowledge an uncomfortable or challenging emotion as it arises. Notice where you feel it in the body, then turn inwards and upwards for the answer on what has to happen in order to feel more peace and comfort and love.

I created the eMOTION Cycling®️ Coaching Method to help others find emotional regulation and resilience. To provide a space where people can learn how to MOVE through hard feelings and skip the avoidance that propels the vicious emotional cycles of stress, angst, anger, doubt, and worry that often lead to physical illness.

I was about to drop the F bomb… and then I realized, maybe this season is actually inviting a different one.
FAITH.

Every time I want to say WTF, I’m practicing shifting it to mean:
Walk Toward Faith.

Because frustration can become prayer.
Stress can become trust.
And even the hardest moments can become invitations to pause, move, and remember who’s really in control.

Sometimes that reframe starts with physical movement - a walk, a few steps, a reset - letting your body help your mind slow down and your heart turn back to God.

Move closer.
Breathe deeper.
Choose faith - even here.

I truly believe small shifts like this can ripple outward.
Try it—just once.
The next time you think or say WTF, pause and let it become Walk Toward Faith instead.

Don’t be surprised if clarity follows.
If the next small step becomes clearer.
If calm replaces the spiral—even briefly.

That’s how change starts. One reframe. One breath. One faithful step.
