NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION:
The following vehicles will be auctioned by Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital. Notice is hereby given for a public sealed-bid auction for the sale of four (4) vehicles listed here.
Auction Details:
Sale of each vehicle will be awarded to the highest bidder provided the minimum bid is met.

Sealed bidding will be open to the public beginning Monday, January 12, 2026 through Wednesday, January 21, 2026. No bids will be accepted after 4pm on January 21.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly stating the vehicle number you are bidding on including make, model, color, and year. The bid amount in addition to the bidder’s full legal name, mailing address, and phone number must be clearly written on the bid.

Bids may be mailed or hand delivered to: Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital, Finance Department, 800 Ste. Genevieve Drive, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670.

In the event of a tie bid, the winning bid will be the first of those received by Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

The successful bidder will be notified within 3 business days of bid closing. Full payment and vehicle pick up at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital must be made within 5 days of notification.
