It was another absolutely AMAZING year for the 5K Rally Run!!! 🏃‍♀️🏃 This community, the businesses, and individuals that come out to support our local high school athletic programs are the best! 🙌🏻 We can not thank everyone enough! Congratulations to our winners 🥇🥈🥉and all of our participants!!!

Team T-shirts are HERE!!! If you registered for the 5K on or before 8/5/25 you can pick your t-shirt up at 3 Circle Dr. Perryville, MO 63775 today until 4:30PM, Thursday and Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM, or on race day. (It's the 2 story brick house directly across the parking lot from the Mid America Rehab main entrance).

If you registered after 8/8/25, your t-shirt will be ordered after the race and available 2-3 weeks after race day.

Meet Isabella.🩷✨

At just 4 years old, she has made incredible progress through pediatric therapy at our Perryville clinic. Diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis (NF1), she once struggled with stair climbing and other basic movements. But now? She’s running, jumping, and even playing soccer!⚽️👏

Her amazing therapy team — Emily Mattingly, DPT and Paget Cook, PTA — have supported her every step of the way. She loves coming to her sessions and was overjoyed when they came to cheer her on at her soccer game!

🎉 Ken’s 90th Birthday Jump – and a Bucket List Moment!

Meet Ken and Carolyn — two longtime patients who’ve both come to Mid America Rehab for vertigo treatment. Earlier this year, Ken came in with a clear goal: he needed to feel better in time to go skydiving for his 90th birthday! 🪂🎂

Ken had already made the leap at 85 and was determined to do it again. After working closely with Physical Therapist, Kristin Armbruster, to get his vertigo under control, Ken was able to make that dream a reality — and even invited Kristin to join him for the jump! Since her birthday is also in July, it turned into the ultimate celebration and a chance for both of them to check something off their bucket lists. ✅🎈

It was a joy for Kristin to share in such a memorable moment with two incredible people. 💛 Their adventurous spirit and trust in our care are just a few of the many reasons we love what we do.
