Thanks to the DOD (Dept of Defense) School of Photography at NAS Pensacola, I graduated as a combat photographer in the USMC in 1994. I have been "snapping" pics every since and real estate photography comes with much less inherent dangers to me compared to my sellers that go a different route! All kidding aside, if you are going to sell your home yourself, atleast hire a real estate photographer. It makes a difference and every study shows that FSBO (for sale by owners) sell for less than listed properties.
