A few reminders with the New Year.

1) If you are anyone in your household has been sick in the 2 weeks prior to your appointment, we ask you call us to reschedule. Our goal is to limit the exposure(spread) to Patients in the office, Our Team and Families.

Trust me we are as disappointed as you are that we are unable to see and treat you.

2) If your insurance has changed for 2026 please let us know asap, as we may no longer be filing directly with your insurance due to changes for 2026 beyond our control.

Cards, new information or questions regarding insurance, eobs or anything insurance related should be sent to our email at: familydentistrysg@gmail. com.

3) If you have had a change in your medical history or had a procedure since we last saw you please give us a call and let us know. This will help minimize delays at your appointment and possibly having to be rescheduled.

Again, we don’t want you to have to wait longer than you already have to see us.

We know it can be stressful dealing with sickness, changes and busy schedules but please rest assured we are doing our absolute best to help make your visit a great one!
