Unroll your mat and flow through a refreshing all-levels yoga class, and then raise a glass in the laid-back atmosphere at Barrow Brewing Co.

Did you know there is a cool yoga class in Salado on Wednesday nights? Happy Hour Yoga starts at 6 pm at Village Venue and Chapel located at 7 N. Main. This class is a flow class and is on the mellow side. You’ll be ready to chill out and relax afterwards.
