A fun rhyme to remind you of a couple of important topics in early infant development:

1. FLOOR FIRST! Let’s limit the time baby is in a container to 20minutes 1-2x/day. Put them in a safe space on the floor while you are getting your household chores accomplished!

2. MAKE SURE BABY IS MOVING LEFT AND RIGHT with all their milestones! If baby exclusively looks one direction, rolling one directions, or janky crawls this is a sign of asymmetrical body tension!

New to Baby Play Classes and wondering what to expect!?

Classes are Wednesday mornings at

Tummy Timers is at 9 AM (precrawling babies) and Little Movers is at 10:30 AM (babies on the move!)

This Thursday is the last class of 2024! Our special guest, Meredith Kennedy, with Adapt PT will be showing us how to engage our lower abdominals/core for the post partum body. If you are having any pain with in*******se, urinary incontinence, low pain or pelvic pain this is the class to come to get your questions answered!
We will address how to your baby can get a workout while you are working out too!

She will be at our Tummy Timers Class from 9-10am. She will not be at our Little Movers class this week, but for our little movers families come a bit early if you have any questions for her!

One more announcement! All Baby Play classes will be moving to WEDNESDAY morning! Same times and same place.

Each week at class we do song/dance, group motor activities, sensory play, and each family goes home with something easy and fun that they can incorporate during purposeful playtime at home! We would love to see yal this week:)

this week in class, we will address the inner ear system and visual system, and how they relate to your babies development! Both of these systems are important in specific movements, such as rolling, crawling, and walking.
