Day three of Nursing Home Week was a total smash! (Literally!) 💥

Our Color War challenge was in full swing, and while the competition was fierce, our Pink Team pulled ahead and took home the Gold today! 🩷🥇 Way to go, ladies and gents!

But let’s be honest… the real main event was the one our residents look forward to all year long: PIE IN THE FACE! 🥧🤣
Between the whipped cream beards and the constant giggles, our hearts are absolutely full. A huge shoutout to our brave staff members who stepped up to the plate to make our residents smile. You guys are the real MVPs! 🏆

Peace, Love, & Tacos: Day Two of Nursing Home Week!

The energy is high and the colors are bright for Tie-Dye and Taco Tuesday!
We’ve had a blast celebrating our incredible community today.

Here’s the Inside Scoop:
Taco 'Bout a Treat: Our hardworking staff fueled up with a massive Taco Bar celebration!

Our residents kicked off the morning getting creative by hand-dying beautiful flowers and this afternoon was all about good vibes, live music, and some seriously delicious cupcakes. 🧁🎶

A huge shoutout to our Activities Director, who was a total whirlwind today! She was so busy making sure every detail was perfect that she barely had time to snap photos.

Tomorrow: THE BATTLE BEGINS! ⚔️

Kicking Off Nursing home week in comfort!

We officially launched our week-long celebration with a fan-favorite tradition: Pajama Day! There’s nothing quite like rolling out of bed and heading straight to work in your coziest attire to set a relaxed, joyful tone for the days ahead.

A day of Treats & Tranquility
• For our Staff: We fueled up for the festivities with a delicious spread of fresh donuts and chilled iced coffee.
• For our Residents: The morning was all about pampering! Our residents enjoyed a relaxing spa session, followed by the ultimate comfort snack—warm, homemade chocolate chip cookies and ice-cold milk.

Beyond the fun and games, this week is truly about gratitude. We are endlessly thankful for our dedicated staff, whose compassion and hard work make this building feel like home every single day.

To our wonderful residents: thank you for filling these halls with your wisdom, stories, and smiles. You are the heart of everything we do, and we are so honored to care for you.

For over two decades, you have shown up—day in and day out—with compassion, patience, and a heart that never seems to run out of room for others. Being a CNA isn’t just a job, it’s a calling, and you’ve answered it for 21 incredible years.

You’ve held hands in moments of fear, celebrated small victories that meant the world, and provided comfort when words just weren’t enough. You’ve treated every resident not just as a patient, but as family—offering dignity, respect, and kindness in every interaction.

The residents made their pick for Resident Choice Day, and today we enjoyed a full spread of Arby’s! There’s nothing like those curly fries and roast beef to make a Tuesday feel special.

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible Dietary Staff! You went above and beyond to deliver these meals and make sure everything was perfect. We truly appreciate all the hard work you do to bring these special requests to life.

As we wrap up another successful choice day, the anticipation is already building for next month. The residents meet tomorrow to cast their votes for their next big meal request.

Today we celebrated a bittersweet milestone as Janet officially returned home!

We are incredibly proud of her dedication and inspired by the immense hard work she put into her recovery to make this transition a success.
While we will deeply miss her presence, her stories, and the wonderful recipes she shared, we are thrilled to see her achieve her ultimate goal of returning to her family.
