This immersive healing experience begins with a powerful guided breathwork session intentionally crafted to activate and regulate your nervous system while unlocking deep layers of stored tension, suppressed emotion, and stagnant energy. You will be guided through a full somatic release. Through intentional breath patterns, you may move energy that has been held in the body for years, creating space for profound breakthroughs, emotional release, and energetic clearing. Don’t worry, there’s nothing scary about tarot.

It’s a beautiful way to connect with your guides and angels, to receive messages of guidance and support in whatever areas you may need it most.

What does a reading with me look like??

We begin by grounding our energy and intention together to create a safe and loving container.

Then we invite in our guides/angels to support us in uncovering whatever needs to come to light to best support your highest good.

For your reading we’ll look at four main areas.

We’ll start by gaining insight on any area of your life your guides feel needs to be brought to attention.

Then we’ll dive into take a look at what behaviors or beliefs are holding you back, blocking you, or limiting your growth and forward progress. You will gain insight on what it’s time to let go of, do less of, or shift away from fully.

The third thing we’ll take a peek at is what your guides feel you’ll benefit from doing more of or leaning into. What you need to embody at this time for your greatest success.

And finally, we look at the probable outcome. Your guides will let you know what it could look like if you follow the guidance given.

It’s truly a meaningful, beneficial, and heart-centered experience.

I approach each reading from a place of love, and with the intention to facilitate an experience that will allow you to walk away feeling empowered and excited to dive into the work and create the shifts in your life that will lead you to more joy, fulfillment, love, and abundance.
