Two years ago, I was given the honor of presenting in Oaxaca, Mexico.
It was my first time returning home after 20 years.

My first time standing in front of a crowd to speak about alternative modalities, energy, and healing—the work that lives at the edge of what we are taught is possible.

That moment changed something in me.
It became a doorway.

Since then, I’ve only continued going beyond what I once believed was imaginable.
New paths. New work. New visions coming to life.

On March 21st at 12pm, I will be guiding a Reset & Release Workshop—a space designed to help you gently reconnect with your nervous system, release stored tension, and return to a state of greater balance and clarity.

This workshop integrates somatic movement, nervous system regulation, and energy-based practices to support emotional and physical release in a grounded, supportive environment. You do not need any prior experience—only a willingness to listen to your body.
