~A journey of a 1000 Miles begins with a single step - Lao Tzu~
We started Arianny's journey 2 years, 3 months ago. Her main reason for working out was not only to look good and feel good, it was also the mental health benefits she gets from working out. The body transformation has come along with the routine she has built around her day to day life. To get the results she has now, she needed to be committed to showing up CONSISTENTLY over a period of time and soon enough the results started to show.
What's impressive is that she even did a 500 Mile walk last September that took close to 4 Weeks walking 15 to 20 Miles a day. Now while this may have been extremely tough both physically and mentally she was able to accomplish this impressive feat because her body was already used to working out 6 days a week consistently for exactly 2 years by the time she did the walk.
Getting results like she has along with other members of our community is not just about EMS Training, it also calls for you to show up for yourself Consistently and get quality training whether you feel like it or not. In addition you need to make it fun while you are at it, joke around, dance, push each other etc. Once you are able to establish a proper workout routine, (Workout around the same time on the same exact days in a week), it will get easier to keep up. The next step would be to focus on building proper habits around such as striving to eat well and getting enough rest between workouts.
Keep on showing up , & your body and mind will continue to reap what you sow. The journey continues...
