We are excited to introduce our new LPN Judith! She joined the team last month and is already making a great impact! She wanted to share a little about herself: I grew up in the small town of Aumsville and graduated from Cascade High School in 2015. I’ve
been married to my husband Brian for 2 years and we have such a
sweet and loving 9 month old baby boy! I accomplished my CNA
certificate at Marian Estates in 2016 and I worked as a CNA for 6 years. I have worked at skilled facilities, hospitals, and throughout agency. By far, working as a CNA in the Mother and baby unit was my favorite job as a CNA. After many years I decided to further my career in the healthcare field and went to IOT to complete the LPN program. I became an LPN in August 2022. I am happy to be a
part of the very welcoming community at Prestige Orchard Heights and have been enjoying getting to know everyone so far. Please feel free to stop by my office and say hello!

April's resident spotlight is shining brightly on Bob! He was born in Corning, Iowa. He has 1 brother and 1 sister and the family moved to Canby, Oregon when he was 2 years old. Bob went into the military service in the Air Force when he was 17 years old. Hes served 4 years in the Air Force and was deployed to Korea for 11 months. He was training to be a gunner on a B-26 and was heading to Korea just as the Korean war ended. After his military service, he attended college at Western Oregon University in Monmouth and went on to get his master’s degree in teaching at OHSU. He taught for over 30 years in Mcminnville, Oregon. Bob got married when he was 21 and was happily married for over 30 years. He has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. After retiring, Bob enjoyed travelling and playing golf. We are glad to have Bob as part of
our community and thank him for his service to our country!

Our Weekly Texas Hold’em game is a resident favorite! It’s gotten so popular we will begi. Having a novice table as well as one for our experienced players, so if you ever wanted to give it a try come join us! Poker is every Wednesday at 1:00pm!
