Jack is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at William James College after earning a bachelor’s in psychology at Boston College. He has extensive experience working with children and families in clinical, community, and in-home settings. He has also worked as a substance use counselor for adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Jack is passionate about helping patients meet their goals by strengthening their self-advocacy and problem-solving skills. He believes in collaboration to identify solutions for presenting concerns based on personal strengths. Jack has experience working with individuals who present with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use, ADHD, and PTSD.

Eóin (pronounced like "Owen") is currently in his third year at William James College where he is pursuing a Psy.D in clinical psychology with a concentration in neuropsychology and an emphasis in Latino mental health. Eóin has worked across a variety of settings prior to coming to the practice, including inpatient and outpatient services, residential services, and school settings. Eóin has seen individuals across the lifespan and believes that it is never too late or too early to reach out for support.

Michaela (she/her) is a fifth-year advanced standing doctoral student at William James College, pursuing a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology. She works effectively with individuals across the lifespan, representing varied backgrounds and sexual orientations. Her expertise extends to addressing a range of clinical presentations, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD. She employs an integrated therapeutic approach that prioritizes the patient’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Her clinical interests include but are not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, adoption, and military mental health.

Angelo believes that developing a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth. His clinical interests including sport psychology, performance anxiety, stress

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Olivia Skalski, Psy.D. as our new Director of Clinical Training!

Dr. Skalski (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with patients across the lifespan. She brings a rich background in psychotherapy, psychological assessment, clinical supervision, and graduate-level teaching. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Hartford.

Dr. Skalski's therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused, and narrative therapies. Dr. Skalski is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ patients, as well as those managing trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and bipolar disorder. Her warm, collaborative style helps patients gain insight, feel empowered, and work toward meaningful growth.

In her role as Director of Clinical Training at Ocean Gem, she brings a strong passion for supervising and mentoring students, helping them build both clinical and professional skills for success in psychological practice and academia.

As we wrap up Social Work Appreciation Month, Ocean Gem Psychological Care, PLLC is happy to welcome Elizabeth Graham, LICSW to the role of attending social worker!

Beth (she/her) graduated with her Master’s degree in clinical social work from New York University in 2008. She has twenty years experience working with children and their families as well as adults across a variety of treatment settings, including hospital-based outpatient settings, in-home therapy, public schools, and both group and private practice. Beth also has extensive experience in supervising graduate level students and newly licensed or pre-licensed professionals in the mental health field.
