We get it. You LITERALLY can’t be in two places at once.

How are you supposed to have this baby when it can happen at any time AND there’s another child who needs you?!

👋🏻 You just sent out the bat signal. That’s us. We provide doula support for the big brother or sister- coming to your home and following your routines. So your older kid(s) feel prioritized while YOU focus on birth. Win/win!

On any given night, there are Oregon families who are getting solid sleep because a PNW Doula is providing care for their baby.

Here’s how it could look for you:

Your doula arrives at 10 PM, checks in about your day, and jumps into action—tidying up, washing bottles, or helping with whatever tasks need to still be done. While you drift off to sleep, your doula focuses on baby’s comfort and care.

Need to nurse? We’ll wake you gently, support the feed, and let you fall right back to sleep. Those uninterrupted stretches of rest? They’re literal lifesavers, helping you recharge and feel like you again.

It’s as amazing as it sounds.

No, we don’t know how you’re doing it on this little sleep either. It’s some kind of super power given to new parents.

AND- If you need a full night of sleep, that’s something we specialize in. It looks like leaving the baby care to us while your brain, body, and eyeballs get some solid chunks of rest.

The 'right' doula for you should make your shoulders relax from the moment they enter your space.

Beyond all other qualifications, the person who makes you breathe that deep sigh of relief is the one you want in the supporting role at your birth.

Pregnancy comes with a bunch of emotions. Excitement, joy, and, let’s be honest… a bit of overwhelm. How many different strollers are there to choose from?! Why do the Amazon reviews on every baby product differ so drastically?! Choosing a doula shouldn’t be as hard as reading all the consumer...
