🌒 Witch’s Day 🕯️ July 21st
Today, we honor the witches who came before us
the ones in our bloodlines,
the ones who walked beside us in spirit,
and the ones who dared to live loud when the world demanded silence.

Witch’s Day is more than a hashtag.
It’s a remembering.
It’s a reclamation.
It’s our fire and our legacy.

I’m so proud of my coven for showing up with heart, ritual, and reverence during our Balance & Bloodlines gathering each of us bringing forward spells, stories, and sacred offerings to the witches we descend from or look up to.
Every flame lit, every drink poured, every word spoken was a thread in the web we’re weaving back together.

To be a witch is to choose your path again and again,
to speak truth when it's easier to be quiet,
and to carry the wisdom they tried to burn out of us.

Have You Heard of Her?

“They hung her from the dogwood tree…
and the swamp sang her name ever since.”

They called her a midwife.
But she was really a mamma in spirit.
Cradled the grieving.
Held the hush between heartbeat and silence.
Knew when a child wasn’t meant to stay
and when a curse was just a name no one dared claim.

She read herbs like scripture.
Laid her hands on bellies and bones.
Spoke to the unborn, the forgotten, the dying.
And she never looked away.

She didn’t shrink from grief.
She didn’t hide birthmarks.
She saw omens and said their names out loud.

And for that
they feared her.

She healed what they refused.
Delivered what they condemned.
Loved the unloved.
And so,
they punished her.

Hung her from a dogwood tree.
Dropped her in the holler bog
like she was waste.

But the water remembered.

It carried her gently through creek and river,
through root and rot,
until it laid her at the swamp’s feet.

And the swamp....
the holy, haunted, hidden swamp
welcomed her.

Now they call her

Swampmamma. Mirewife.

The one who waits by the moss.
Who hears the whispered grief.
Who cradles the heavy things
you thought no one would ever carry.

Gone Restin’ for a Bit
Life has been full in the best ways lately. My business has been growing beautifully, spirit has been moving strong, and I’ve been blessed with so many new opportunities, connections, and creative sparks.

With my kids out of school and summer in full swing, I’m carving out time to be present with my family soaking in moments with my babies and my husband, tending to my own soul, and just breathing a little deeper.

That said, I’m not vanishing. I’m still accepting private appointments for readings and select custom sales I’m just stepping back from the daily rush to move a little slower and more intentionally.

If you need something or feel called, reach out. I’ll answer when spirit says it’s time.
