So much heart goes into the Yinstrumental experience with michael Steinke and Chad Wray. It shows in the subtle details like rolling the yoga blankets up a specific way to prepare for the yin practice, and the huge variety of instruments that these two musicians practice threading together.

An exploration of movement, stillness, and introspection. Together they will weave music to create a unique soundscape as michael guides the Yin inspired restorative yoga practice.

Unfortunately, Wayne Marto has suffered a back injury and is unable to offer the gong meditation originally planned for this Saturday. We’re grateful that our own teacher and sound healer, michael Steinke, has generously offered to step in and hold the space in Wayne’s absence. Saturday evening will still be a deeply immersive sound healing experience, featuring gongs alongside a variety of instruments including didgeridoo, hang bal, singing bowls, and more.

We look forward to seeing you there!
