Compassion Care Family Practice has MOVED. We are so excited to be in our new clinic Oregon Primary Care! Now located at 610 Hawthorne AVE SE, Suite 250 Salem, OR 97301.
We offer in-office and telemedicine appointments by phone or video. Marci Cogdill FNP-C also specializes in elder care, visiting long term care / memory care and Adult Foster Care Home facilities.
WE ARE CURRENTLY TAKING NEW PATIENTS and accept all major insurance including medicare and medicaid.
