I went from night sweats and daily energy crashes to steady energy and better sleep as a woman over 50, and these are the 5 simple things I swear by:

Tonight they moved mom out of ICU up to 6th floor.
We both got an upgrade in room amenities. She has a big screen TV and I got access to a bed and recliner. Now it's time to catch some sleep 😴
