Exciting changes happening at HFTH! Beginning Monday 4/22/24 all appointments will be at the new location, just a mile away from the current office. The new address is 1995 Commercial St. SE, Suite 100, Salem, OR 97302., and there's a picture of the building below. You can enter the parking lot from Commercial St SE or Rural St S.
