Medical Assistant – Aesthetic & Procedural Focus

H2Hydro Medi Spa is a premier wellness and aesthetic practice offering advanced non-surgical treatments, hormone optimization, and body rejuvenation services. We pride ourselves on providing personalized, high-quality patient care in a calm and professional environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant with a background in aesthetic and procedural settings to support our providers with patient care, in-office procedures, and daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare patients for aesthetic and medical procedures (e.g., Morpheus8, Lumecca IPL, Forma, Sculptra, PRP, microneedling, etc.)
• Assist providers during in-office procedures and maintain sterile technique
• Manage pre- and post-procedure patient education and documentation
• Set up, clean, and maintain treatment rooms and equipment between patients
• Perform injections, blood draws, and IV starts (if certified and delegated)
• Ensure accurate charting, inventory control, and patient scheduling support
• Support patient consultations by documenting histories, vitals, and photos
• Participate in ongoing training for new aesthetic technologies and protocols
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and confidential atmosphere for patients

Qualifications
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or procedural medicine
• Comfortable assisting with injectables, energy-based devices, and regenerative therapies
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, infection control, and patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• EMR experience required (aesthetic software knowledge a plus)
• Phlebotomy certification and IV experience preferred
