I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly 15 years of experience helping people feel their absolute best mind, body, and beyond. I am a mom of two boys 6, and 3 years old, and I am married to my soulmate!

I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic massage. I also offer cupping, prenatal massage, relaxation, reflexology, hot stone, sport, and lymphatic drainage massage to support healing, recovery, and relaxation.

My passion for wellness doesn’t stop there I also provide body contouring and teeth whitening services to help you look as good as you feel 💫

In 2018, I became a certified personal trainer, because I truly believe wellness is a lifestyle, not just a service. Whether you’re here for recovery, self care, or a transformation I’ve got you covered 🤍

New services❗️ This client booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and added on a 30 minute laser lipo treatment and a relaxation facial mask. She lost over an inch in her midsection!

Low level light therapy, aka laser lipo,
is a noninvasive procedure that’s commonly used in medical applications, and in physical therapy to help reduce pain and inflammation as well as wound healing and edema. It uses pads equipped with laser diodes that are placed directly or just above the skin. The laser energy penetrates down to the fat cells where it encourages to “poke” holes in the fat cell (adipocytes)
membranes, and releases its content into the body’s lymphatic system, resulting in potential inch loss. It will take multiple sessions to get the desired results for your clients. On average, it could take anywhere from 6-12 sessions. Treatments must be spaced out at least 3 days apart in order for the lymphatic system to process the toxins. Laser lipo is ideal for those who are close to their ideal weight (within about 20 pounds).
While it is effective, certain individuals will have better results than others. Clients who store fat around their waist, hips and thighs will benefit most. Laser lipo can be used almost anywhere on the body, including the chin, love handles, arms, back, waist, hips, thighs, and abdomen as it is generally a very safe procedure. A slight warmth may be felt during the treatment, but that is about it.

Four years ago, the masks came off and little by little, so did the weight we didn’t even realize we were carrying. Now it’s the simple things that feel the biggest: fresh air, shared smiles, unfiltered laughter, no six foot distances between you and me. Grateful for how far we’ve come, and for the everyday moments that once felt out of reach. I don’t know about you, but I’m extremely happy to not have a mask mandate anymore. 😬
