I woke up this morning, and my face was super swollen especially on the right side. I self diagnosed myself with periorbital edema, likely due to bad sleep and stress. I stuck a spoon in the freezer while I did some facial lymphatic drainage. I didn’t have much time cause I had to get the kids dropped off and get to work. In between clients, I continued to do a few minutes of lymphatic drainage, here are my results progressively throughout the day. I’m just here to remind you, MASSAGE IS AMAZING, and I am here for your lymphatic needs👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
