“Hire slow, fire fast” and after almost 6 years of building this dream from the ground up, I’m excited to officially welcome my first ever employee. 🤍

Alex originally started at my Studio as a tenant for the last 3 or 4 years, and we recently made the transition into having her as an employee. A huge thank you to Alexandria for giving me so much grace and patience through this transition, learning the ropes of Oregon’s employee requirements was definitely a journey, but we made it! 🫶🏽
