Happy Spring Break!

We just wanted to remind everyone that we will be out of the office from Tuesday the 24th through Friday the 27th to spend time with family for Spring break. ♥️ (Please note for members that already have appointments on Thursday we will be continuing to see members as normal this week)

For patients that pay monthly memberships we will still be available by text and phone/virtual visits as normal during this time. 🥰

For our patients that pay by appointment only I will be responding still to refill request and urgent messages once a day. 🥰

We will be in the office as normal today so please reach out to us with any needs at 573-453-5070 and Katy would be glad to help!

We will be returning as normal next week with some new and exciting things coming throughout the next few months! Stay tuned! 🎉🙌🏻🎉

We know this year has brought several changes to insurance for families which has in turn left families trying to decide what their best option for healthcare is going to be in the future!

If this is you, we would LOVE to help! ♥️

We are currently looking for our next families/members as well as businesses who would love to join our family at Down Home Healthcare!

Our monthly membership rates run from $20-75 a month depending upon age and offer 7 day a week access to care as well as after hours access, longer appointments when needed, access to IV therapy, as well as our full lab for discounted rates!

Businesses looking to use us will get discounts also on membership prices depending upon number of employees/family members signing up. 🤩

Remember we are designed to do both virtual and in person appointments so we can be available whenever and wherever you need us! We have several patients that don’t live locally so please remember to share!

From our Family to Yours We Wish you a Very Merry Christmas! 🎄

We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas! We are so very blessed to be able to continue to serve our community! This Christmas we will be taking some time to reflect on God’s goodness and the amazing things Jesus has done. To give our families time together our Holiday hours will be as follows next week:

Monday December 22 and Tuesday December 23rd we will be working from our virtual offices doing virtual visits and phone calls

We will be closed from December 24th-December 26th and reopen on Monday December 29th. (I will still be refilling prescription’s from pharmacy request 🥰)

For members that pay your monthly membership fees we will continue to provide 7 day a week care as normal so feel free to text or call anytime! ☺️

Happy Thanksgiving Week!!

We at Down Home Healthcare wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who keep us in your prayers as we continue to serve and minister to our community in the strength God gives. He has blessed us beyond measure and we pray that our care can be a reflection of His goodness and His love! ❤️

We thank each of our patients for entrusting us with your care! We pray for God to set us up divine appointments and it has been such a joy seeing how God is faithful on each journey of healing! ❤️‍🩹

God is so so good!

We will be out of the office on Thursday and Friday this week as we take time with family and to enjoy time soaking in the blessings God has given!

Thankful Grateful and Blessed ♥️

We have entered into one of my favorite times of the year! God has been so so good!

This however is the time of the year where we start to see more sickness and illness as well as low energy levels. More individuals struggle with their anxiety and depression as the days get shorter with sunlight. More individuals struggle with their weight and cravings during the Holiday seasons also.

If you need refills please contact your pharmacy as we will continue to send in refills during this time also and respond to pharmacy faxes and needs.

Feeling low on energy???

One of the most common things I hear from patients is that they just don’t feel like they have the energy they need to make it through the day.

But why? We are finding so many patients have underlying vitamin deficiencies. Even though they may be getting some of those vitamins in their diet the body is not able to use them like they should for many reasons. I compare it to a car, a car that has been expected to drive for years and years but without gas. That’s what happens to our body. We keep going but without the fuel we need for our bodies to fully function! We then start to get imbalances of our hormones, sugars, insulin levels, cortisol, etc that then affect our blood pressures, thyroid and so much more! It is only once we give the body back what it truly needs and then remove those things such as toxins and parasites etc that it doesn’t need that the body then returns to functioning as God made it!

We are truly miracles! Made in Gods image to live amazing lives here for Him! He is where the true strength, healing, joy and peace come from! However he does give us those resources we need so that we can let our bodies live fully alive!

You Matter! Your mental health matters 🩷

We have to remember that finding health is not just looking at the physical aspects of health and healing, but also those things that effect our mental health also. True healing comes when we heal our body, mind, and soul.
