Kelcey Waldron and Melanie Doulames are teaming up again to host a beautiful gathering of movement, meditation & breath in celebration of the Winter Solstice.
As the longest night of the year approaches, the world invites us to pause, soften, and turn inward. The Winter Solstice marks a sacred threshold, the peak of darkness and the quiet before the light returns. It is a time to honor cycles, release what no longer serves, and create space to digest the year gone by while welcoming the gradual return of light.
Join us for a special 90-minute Winter Solstice Yang to Yin Yoga class, designed to help you move through gentle, warming energy before settling into deep restorative stillness, aligning your body, mind, and spirit with the rhythms of the season.
This practice draws on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicineâs Water Element, supporting the kidneys, restoring vitality, and helping you reconnect with your inner calm. You will experience nourishing breathwork, mindful movement, and a restorative closing that leaves you feeling renewed, grounded, and replenished.
