Pure Pilates Studio Pure Pilates is a fully equipped private Pilates studio located in downtown Salem. Private one-on-one pilates session taught by Sarah Hillman.

Sarah is a fully certified pilates instructor on all pieces of equipment and mat in the classical form. Sessions are catered to the clients needs and goals. This book is SO fascinating!! I’ve been wanting to read it for awhile but waited until I was done with reflexology school so not to over stuff my brain. 🤪 And yes, I have already ordered some tape for my mouth and sleeping!! For awhile I’ve wanted to get my breathing more controlled for cycling so we’ll see if I get some more insight here 🙌🏼

It’s finally going down but this is why when I even feel remotely unwell I cancel clients. Overly cautious for sure. Unlike the person I got a massage from Saturday who sniffed coughed and blew there nose with no hand washing through out massage. I’m really mad at myself for not just getting up.
