Pure Pilates Studio Pure Pilates is a fully equipped private Pilates studio located in downtown Salem. Private one-on-one pilates session taught by Sarah Hillman.

This book is SO fascinating!! I’ve been wanting to read it for awhile but waited until I was done with reflexology school so not to over stuff my brain. 🤪 And yes, I have already ordered some tape for my mouth and sleeping!! For awhile I’ve wanted to get my breathing more controlled for cycling so we’ll see if I get some more insight here 🙌🏼

It’s finally going down but this is why when I even feel remotely unwell I cancel clients. Overly cautious for sure. Unlike the person I got a massage from Saturday who sniffed coughed and blew there nose with no hand washing through out massage. I’m really mad at myself for not just getting up.
