Many patients are struggling to find care following the Regence & Salem Health contract termination, and we're doing what we can to support our community. We’re finding that BlueCross BlueShield-affiliated plans, such as Anthem and Premera, are also affected, leaving even more patients learning that Salem Health is no longer in-network for them.

If this impacts you, here are a few things that may help:
➡️ Call your insurance provider to check your coverage and ask about your options.
➡️ Ask for a care manager—they can walk you through your benefits and help with next steps.
➡️ See if you qualify for continuity of care—this may allow you to continue treatment at in-network rates.
➡️ If you’re facing barriers to care, consider reporting your experience to Oregon’s insurance commissioner.

We know this situation is difficult, and we want to make sure patients have the information they need to understand their options.
