Hello Loves!

Did you know my busiest time of year as a massage therapist is when kids return to school?

It also signals cooler weather here in Oregon and more indoor activities. Care providers now have a bit more time to receive, recharge, and renourish themselves with massage.

There are appointments available for massage, reiki, meditation, and private Kundalini Yoga sessions.

More sessions are available this week, Thursday 9/5 and Saturday 9/7 and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday next week.

Gift certificates are available and can be received via email or in physical version as shown in photo.

New swag to help the services I offer be more accessible. My scheduling platform has migrated to Vagaro. I’m already in love with it as I am learning all the bells and whistles.

The “Buy now. Pay in 4.” Feature is one of my favorites. I am a big fan of this option as a consumer as it has allowed me to go for the bigger ticket items that I would otherwise need to pass on due to my budget.

Welcome!

Can you feel the stirring of the New Moon and the shift of seasons? The days are getting longer and the weather warmer. Some are expanding, others are contracting. Such is the natural way.

Plans for a recovery drum circle, Sacred Tools medicine bag creation ceremony, and a one day recovery retreat are in the works for the next Season.

I hope to have the schedule out next week, the first week in June.

The past five years I have allowed myself to just be. It often felt like I lost everything I worked so hard for, but I was exhausted from all the healing work I had done for 20 years.

It was worth it.

"Healing isn’t some constant state we should chase or a destination we have to reach every damn day. Sometimes, it’s perfectly okay (and maybe even necessary) not to fix everything, not to 'grow' on demand, and not to pretend we’re bouncing back like superheroes 24/7."
