At this time, our circle is for the person who carried the pregnancy only, no partners or children. As we look toward the new year, we are thoughtfully considering opening this space to any family member who has experienced loss. As doulas, we support the whole family, and we recognize that loss touches everyone.

We’re thrilled to announce that Doula Synergy is now a fiscally sponsored project of Star Legacy Foundation, giving us the support and infrastructure to grow our programs and reach more families in need.

With this partnership, we can:
● Grow grief circles and provide hands-on support for more families navigating loss
● Develop and expand specialized training and educational programs for doulas

Hello, I’m Ashley Rose , one of your Grief circle Facilitator’s. Tonight is the 3rd Thursday of the month so we are hosting our pregnancy and infant loss grief circles from 6:30-8:30pm.

Here’s 3 good reasons to show up tonight, even if it’s outside of your comfort zone or you’re feeling a little anxious about it.

1. We give warm hugs. If you want one;)
2. There’s free tea. And it’s cold outside.
3. The holidays are coming and you deserve space to talk about what’s really on your heart!

Please join us! 6:30- 8:30pm. Only for the person who carried the pregnancy, no partners or kids please. Show up as is- this is a judgement free, inclusive space, all losses are valid.

This Thursday 11/20 is our monthly Grief Circle and our Salem location has moved to the beautiful Enlighten Healing Collective in West Salem. ✨

This space offers a warm, calming, intentionally designed atmosphere that supports emotional safety, grounding, and deep care—exactly what we hope to provide for every grieving parent who walks through the door.

Our monthly circles remain a gentle, supportive, non-judgmental space for those who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons, or infant loss in both Portland and Salem.

This beautifully designed space offers a peaceful and supportive environment, perfect for healing, reflection, and connection. We can’t wait to gather, share, and support one another in this sanctuary dedicated to holistic health and well-being.

Our next Grief Circle will be next Thursday November 20th from 6:30-8:30pm. No cost or registration required, come as you are. All losses welcome, for the person who carried the pregnancy only, please no children or partners.

Tomorrow night 9/18 at 9pm we gather for a candlelit vigil to kick off Stillbirth Prevention and Awareness Day. 🕯

💜💙 Join us for Stillbirth Prevention & Awareness 💙💜

We’re honored to partner with Healthy Birth Day, Inc. to participate in National Stillbirth Prevention & Awareness Day (Sept 19th). This year, the Union Street Railroad Bridge in Salem will be illuminated on Sept. 18 & 19, and we’re hosting a candlelit vigil on the evening of Sept. 18 to honor babies gone too soon.

Our founder, Ashley Rose Doula started Doula Synergy after experiencing the stillbirth of her daughter Lena and recognizing the urgent need for compassionate support for families facing loss. This vigil offers a meaningful way to raise awareness, honor grieving families, and spark conversations that may help prevent future losses.
