I started my massage practice in 2016. I worked in a small upstairs shared space with another massage therapist. In 2018 as my practice grew, I moved into my office in the Healing Arts Center on Capital St and have been there since.
Over the years I have had the honor of working with amazing clients and hopefully created a peaceful healing space for them.
Yesterday as I cleared out the last of my equipment, I took a few minutes to myself. As I sat in the middle of the floor remembering all of the shared work, the honesty exchanged, I felt deeply blessed and very grateful! Closing the door for one last time while acknowledging the new beginning to come.
Change is hard. Change is scary. Change is life’s one true constant. After all, there is no growth within our comfort zone.

Hello my amazing client and friend!
By now I am sure most of my clients know that a lot has happened and has changed in my life over the past year. I have taken a lot of time to listen to my heart and try to sort out all that has happened. I am reaching out to you to let you know I have decided to close my practice here in Salem effective June 30th. If you have a valid gift certificate, please get a hold of me as soon as possible so we can schedule your session!
I have decided to join my husband in Eastern Oregon on a new adventure and open a massage practice there once we are settled. This is such a bitter sweet decision for me. I have spent the last 8 years building a practice while doing what I truly love and with some amazing clients! I am so honored and blessed to have worked with each of you over the years! I want to thank you for allowing me to be a part of your self care, your life and for trusting in me! I am sincerely humbled by you.
I will miss working with you and sharing with you! If you are ever in the LaGrande area, come see me!! My email and cell will remain the same and I’d love to hear from you. Good afternoon.
First, let me thank you for your understanding and patience. So many things have change over the last 3 months for me in addition to my Mother passing away in July. I needed this time to begin the grieving process of my Mother and try to process all that has happened/changed.
As Autumn takes hold, I feel I’m ready to ease back into my practice beginning October 3rd. If you’d like to schedule a session with me, please send me an email me and I will happily schedule a massage session for you.
