A Sacred Place Wellness Center (ASPWC) is a forward thinking wellness center that incorporates a wide variety of modalities to promote healing, growth, and relaxation. ASPWC believes in treating people holistically, which is why we have acupuncture services, nutrition consultants, massage therapists, energy workers, life readings, meditation classes, and visiting healers. ASPWC was founded by Donna Lee Caramello, who brought an energy of support, kindness, generosity, and great intuition as to what people need in this day and age to maintain health and well-being. As soon as you step into our space you will feel tension and stress begin to melt away. And once you meet our practitioners you will find the tools to optimize your wellness. My yougest grandson was a *superb* helper on Friday! He even orchestrated our breaktime, which at that time was against my will! I felt I needed to get to a certain level of completeness before I sat down. With grace and patience (and 2 more reminders!) he allowed me my space to finish my task and be in the moment. Very fastidious in his own tasks. Over the top to keep plugging along and work with me to the end. But peppered with wisdom when it came to that important factor for pacing oneself. He simply said, “Ok. It’s breaktime.” He got a snack and water and a place to sit down for us to just chill together. Then when done, got right back up to help get to that finish line with our big task of the day. His words and actions helped me to stay the course, with an even keel throughout the day. He’s made me so proud of him!
So do take his advice and remember to “take that break”. Give yourself the time to regroup and recharge. We’ll encourage you to take your break with us, receiving massage or Reiki (or both!😃) here at A Sacred Place Wellness Center! Just send a little text and we’ll be glad to help you pace yourself and take that much-needed break! , , , , , , , ,

We can do great things!

Just last night my dear girlfriend’s daughter was sharing about a big development in her life, and my comment after that was, “Why stop there!? What about World Peace!?” Just now my girlfriend shared this link with me, and through tears of joy I am compelled to not keep it to myself as a little treasure only I will have, but to share it here and challenge *anyone and everyone* to forward this far and wide. In our efforts, let’s get it to the ones who are in power and who are contemplating war. Let the ones who make change happen just listen and wonder if this could be the difference! I want to hear what words could be used in the Russian language. I want to hear it in North Korean. Look at the translations, Mr President! Contemplate the meanings. Like chess, calculate the results of any word or action that needs to be diplomatic. Could it be sung in any language that is dealing with strife and contention? Along with that, I have always said, “If the people of the world could eat, drink, sing and dance *together*…make love, not war, we could realize World Peace, couldn’t we!? Listen to it more than once and grab a few tissues.(I did!) It’s *very* beautiful. Each person living is wonderfully and beautifully made and uniquely talented. Listen! , , , , , , , ,
